RwandaAir Resumes Flight Operations From Lagos To Dubai

 RwandAir had announced resumption of flight services from Nigeria to Dubai effective 28th November 2021.

RwandAir Limited is the flag carrier airline of Rwanda. It operates domestic and international services to East Africa, Central Africa, West Africa, Southern Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, from its main base at Kigali International Airport in Kigali

Below are essential travel information to enter into Dubai

1. The passenger(s) shall present a VALID Negative Covid-19 Test certificate that is issued within the valid time frame, namely, (72) hours from the time of collecting the sample and from and approved health service, which use QR code System. 

2. Travelers must bring an official printed certificate in English or Arabic to check in – digital and SMS certificates are not accepted.

3. Passenger(s) shall undergo a PCR test upon arrival at Dubai Airports.

Kindly note that:

Q NO approval is required from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) OR from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) for the passengers to enter Dubai.

Q NO Rapid PCR test report is required. 

4. All passengers must complete the health declaration form

5. Travel insurance for inbound passengers is mandatory.

6. The airline shall ensure and/or verify the compliance of the above requirement(s) prior to the passenger(s) boarding the aircraft and shall not accept any passenger(s) who does not fulfill the aforesaid condition(s) and/or requirements.

7. The above condition is imposed in addition to the guidelines, protocols and conditions issued from time to time.
